Roller Guide Post Sets for Motor stator rotor mold is one of the most widely used guide parts in molds. It consists of two parts: a taper guide pillar and a taper guide sleeve.
The guide pillar is generally made of SUJ2 material with a hardness of HRC58 or above. After heat treatment and grinding, it has excellent toughness, smoothness, and positioning performance.
The guide sleeve is generally made of SUJ2 material with a hardness of HRC58 or above. After grinding, the size accuracy is 0.005mm and the coaxiality is achieved φ 0.005mm.
In order to improve its wear resistance, there are also oil bearing guide sleeves with MoS2 and copper alloy embedded structures.
