What is Self lubricating sintered liner

Self lubricating sintered liner is a high porosity (20-25% volume) metal component immersed in lubricating oil. The oil contained in the pores provides continuous lubrication between the bearing and shaft, so the system does not require additional external lubrication.
The self-lubricating properties make this type of sleeve suitable for use in electrical equipment, household appliances, printing machines, machine tools, etc.
Compared with other types of dry sliding bushings, self-lubricating sintered bushings have the following advantages:
-Reliability. The continuous presence of oil eliminates the risk of wear and enables the liner to run for thousands of hours without wear.
-Economy. Maintenance free, no need for lubricating oil.
