No need to disassemble the template, the internal arrow can be replaced from the PL side (inside the mold) without removing the plate. This is very convenient for repair and maintenance.
Mold Date Inserts - DT
It has precise arrow indication and utilizes ball positioning. You can replace the inserted parts from the end of the date stamp without disassembling the mold. The inserted parts can change their year, making it suitable for long-term production molds and saving mold costs.

The core of this date stamp is made of integral material and can be selected for replacement as needed. When installing internal inserts, a counterclockwise rotation is required. The tail end of the date stamp has threads for convenient fixing at the back.

The internal arrow for month indication can be rotated from the PL side, but it needs to be replaced from the plate side. The main body of the Mold date stamp has a stepped shape, solving the issue of sticking and falling off of mold date inserts from the inside of the mold cavity in injection molding production. The side of the main body is equipped with pin positioning to prevent the rotation of mold date inserts.
