Installation of nitrogen gas spring flange refers to the matching product used in the stamping die according to the nitrogen gas spring. Generally, nitrogen gas springs with small pressure and stroke will be fixed and installed inside the mold using countersunk holes to ensure that there is no displacement or shaking during the use of the nitrogen gas spring, thus ensuring that the mold force will not introduce lateral forces to the nitrogen gas spring, thereby ensuring the service life of the nitrogen gas spring. However, in cases where large forces, large strokes, or directional stamping force requirements are needed, flanges need to be installed to match the nitrogen gas spring. The installation of flanges can securely fix the nitrogen gas spring in the mold, allowing it to function properly and thus extending the service life of the mold.
