Description
Brass spur gears offer excellent corrosion resistance, low noise operation, and non-magnetic properties. They are ideal for light-duty applications in food processing equipment, medical devices, instrumentation, decorative mechanisms, and marine environments.
Available in modules 0.5 to 3, 20° pressure angle, in free-cutting brass (C3604). Standard configurations include straight bore, bore+tap, and keyway. Brass gears run quieter than steel and pair well with steel or stainless steel mating gears.
