Shaft supports (also called shaft holders or shaft mounting blocks) are precision components used to secure and position linear guide shafts in automation equipment, jigs, and machinery. They provide stable shaft fixation with easy installation and adjustment.
Available Types
- Standard Shaft Support (Open Type) — For nominal shaft diameters 6–50 mm. Cast iron or aluminium body with clamp bolts. Suitable for general automation.
- Compact Shaft Support — Reduced height and footprint for space-constrained applications.
- Closed Type Shaft Support — Enclosed design for maximum rigidity, used in precision positioning stages.
- Shaft Support Rail — Continuous rail-type support for long-stroke applications with multiple carriages.
