Description
Our Ejector Sleeves are engineered for high-speed injection molding where precision is critical. Used in conjunction with an ejector pin (center pin), these sleeves allow for the ejection of parts around core pins, ensuring a clean release without damaging the molded component.

Surface Hardness: Nitrided to 900-1100 HV for maximum wear resistance.
Core Hardness: Hardened to 42-48 HRC for excellent toughness and anti-breaking properties.
Tolerances: Inner diameter (ID) and Outer diameter (OD) precision controlled within ±0.005mm to ensure perfect fitment.
